Are you struggling with disordered eating, bingeing, orthorexia, or an eating disorder?
My virtual nutrition counseling services can help you navigate the many challenges of recovery. If you’re tried to do this alone but can’t seem to break bad habits, it’s not your fault. Without structured guidance and support in this process, many people feel like they either “lose control” or slide back into disordered patterns.
If you’ve long been struggling with disordered eating and a rocky relationship with food, I can help you in your journey towards intuitive eating and body acceptance.
And if you’re stuck in a cycle of bingeing, shame, and restriction? I can help you find your way out.
I provide anti-diet nutrition coaching to adults struggling with:
– Eating disorders and disordered eating
– Bingeing and restricting
– Orthorexia (an unhealthy fixation on “healthy” or “clean” eating)
– Yo-yo dieting
– Food guilt and constant thoughts about food
– Poor body image
My virtual nutrition counseling is available to clients in several states across the US.
I also provide in-person nutrition counseling in Raleigh, NC. Learn more about in-person nutrition counseling.

Recovery isn’t a straight line. My virtual nutrition counseling helps guide you away from disordered behaviors and towards a peaceful relationship with food.
Recovery takes work, and it isn’t always easy. Nutrition counseling isn’t a quick fix, it’s an ongoing relationship built on trust and honesty. In virtual sessions, I’ll help you identify your biggest food triggers and pain points. Together, we’ll work towards intuitive eating in a way that feels comfortable for you.
And, we won’t talk only about food. We’ll discuss body image, your relationship with exercise, and how to manage stress and anxiety around food and weight. We’ll also focus on shifting your mindset around things like emotional eating, diet culture, and body acceptance.
I take a Health at Every Size® (HAES)-aligned approach, which means I’ll never encourage you to lose weight. Instead, we’ll focus on how you can feel your best in the body you have right now. I also use the principles of intuitive eating to help you establish truly health-promoting eating habits.

Details and Rates
✮ An initial 75-minute session: $170
First, we’ll dive into your relationship with food and body, dieting/eating disorder history, lifestyle, and medical conditions. You’ll tell me what you hope to get out of nutrition counseling, and I’ll use this to guide our work together.

Each session, we’ll check in about your progress and any challenges you’re facing. We’ll also review your intuitive eating journal, should you choose to keep one. All sessions take place via secure video chat.
Note: While I do not accept insurance, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits to pay for my services. I am happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance provider.
Sliding Scale Virtual Nutrition Counseling
Currently, I am not able to accept insurance. I know that this makes my services out of reach for some, which is why I offer sliding scale rates to people who can’t otherwise afford nutrition coaching.
You might be a candidate for sliding scale rates if you:
– Are unemployed or earn less than $40k per year
– Have significant debt
– Are a full-time student
– Have little or no family or financial support
– Would not be able to pay your monthly bills if you paid the full rate
Because mutual trust is a key component in my nutrition coaching, I do not ask for proof of your financial situation when you apply for sliding scale rates. I ask that you be honest about your needs.
