As a registered dietitian, trained chef, and former magazine recipe developer, I obviously love to cook!

But I don't love spending hours in the kitchen, and I really don't love doing dishes. My recipes are perfect for lazy cooks who feel the same way.

Because I'm an anti-diet dietitian who specializes in eating disorders, I don't include nutrition labels on my recipes. I might talk about certain nutrients and ingredients, but I try to keep nitty-gritty nutrition information out of it.
